Imaging rights

Still Imaging

SSV Media retains all rights to all stills imaging created under all projects. As the client you are purchasing the one year licence agreement to use each projects images to market the property, Project, Business or for personal use. The clients licence is not transferable. If you would like to own the imaging rights outright the price point will be increased.

Video Media
SSV Media retains all rights to all video media created. The client is able to use the video imaging created for one year from the date of creation. Full rights purchasing is  available.

Publication

SSV Media requires all print and online publications to give credit to SSV Media. Personal licences are prohibited from using for any publication.

Video Edits

One edit is included to video content on our fist delivered project. Additional edits are $150 per hour.

Delivery

Still Imaging
All Imaging of properties under 3000 square feet will be delivered with in 24 hours after the shoot is complete. Our busy time of year from January to July and September to November 31st could yield longer wait times. We will confirm delivery time at the time of your shoot. Homes 3500 square feet and above are subject to 48 hour delivery times. These homes require more detail.
Rush Delivery - May be available but not always. If we can accommodate rush delivery charges will be applied to properties 3000 sq feet and below of $100 plus HST. Properties above 3500 Sq Feet will be billed an additional $200 plus HST.

Video Imaging
Videos will be delivered with in 48 hours. Our busy time of year from January to July and September to November 31st could yield longer wait times. Shorter delivery times will require a payment of an additional $150 plus HST for under 3000 Square feet. Homes above 3500 Square feet will require 72 hour delivery. Rush delivery will be billed at $200 plus HST.

Payment

Full payment is required before delivery of full resolution imaging. SSV Media will provide watermarked proofs of still imaging and video but must be requested at the time of quoting. Imaging is ready when you receive your invoice.

Special Instructions

Special instruction must be given before the shoot time. If something is not stated before the shoot time and is missed we will charge an additional fee to reshoot the required imaging. If SSV Media misses a required image of video clip, SSV Media will return at no additional charge to you the client.

Hours of operation

We operate Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Imaging and video produced after 3pm Friday afternoon will be delivered by 5pm Monday afternoon. Rush delivery is $100 per still imaging project and an additional $200 for video.
